"Music to fall in love to..."
"A unique singer-songwriter, Jharda taught herself the lever harp whilst at university and then spent several summers playing at folk festivals up and down the UK as part of a contemporary Celtic band. For the past eight years she has been performing regularly as a solo artist, mesmerising audiences all over London with her mature and tuneful self-penned love songs and cleverly arranged covers. The delicious contrast between rich vocals and crisp, delicate harp, leaves a lasting impression on the listener; Jharda has found a modern edge to this timeless instrument" - Joel Lightman and David Tedora
Jharda has a BA Hons degree in Popular Music Studies from Bretton Hall (University of Leeds) and is proud to play a beautiful Dusty Strings FH36S harp, in Bubinga wood, from Clive Morley Harps. Jharda, her instruments and her equipment, are all covered by Public Liability Insurance for Professional Musicians.
